The polo floatel Kolkata is real luxury in the heart of the best party and restaurants location of Ganga and I will be back for sure. Awesome experience. Hotel is unique with a theme of water boat. Especially a restaurant is different experience. Food is delicious.you can capture lots of photos for your lifetime memory.Hk staff sourav and viswanath are good👍👍👍👍👍

I loved the boat ride Rooms were okayish , not big enough Washrooms were small and congested Restaurant Food was average Had reserved my buffet by booking a table for a specific time by making advance but later was denied access to it saying that due to overcrowding buffet was sold out View from the river cabin rooms are very beautiful Boatrides are amazing Had bookes a candle light boat ride and the dinner served was delicious Breakfast had great varieties and was really delicious Mr. Sona helped us with boatride booking and buffet bookings He arranged the boatride in a much responsible way and with due care.

It's great for dates AND for going with your family. The ambience is good. You could totally try the buffet with your family. It's got a variety of desserts to choose from. Arpita was at the front desk, she was an absolute sweetheart. Excellent food. Gorgeous view. Great service. The experience in all was one of a kind.
